Required Documents
1. For those with regular incomes
- Copy of ID card or Passport and Work Permit (for foreign customers)
- Copy of latest salary slip or salary certificate
- Copy of bank statement from the last 6 months

2. For business owners
- Copy of ID card
- Only one of: copy of commercial registration / copy of juristic person registration certificate / copy of VAT registration / copy of list of shareholders (company only) (if any)
- Copy of personal bank statement from the last 6 months

For your convenience, you may set an ATM PIN via the following channels:
1. KTC Mobile app
- Select KTC card then select "Card Setting"
- Select "set ATM PIN"
- Select the OTP channel and enter an OTP
- Select ATM PIN options
- Create and confirm ATM PIN
- ATM PIN creation successfully, and the ATM PIN is ready to use.

2. KTC PHONE 02 123 5000 press 7 and 3

For your convenience, you may check your credit card points via the following channels:
1. KTC Mobile app
- Select KTC card then select "Point" to view the point balance.

2. KTC PHONE 02 123 5000 press 6

If your credit card is lost or stolen, do the following:
1. KTC Mobile app
Step to block the card
- Select KTC card then select "Card Setting"
- Enable "Temporary Card Block"
- Select "Block" to block the card.
* If there is no notice of cancelling the card block within 3 days from date of request, KTC will block the card permanently and issue a new card with a new card issue fee. The new card will br delivered to the address on the statement provided to KTC.

Step to unblock the card
- Select KTC card then select "Unblock"
- Disable "Temporary Card Block"
- Select "Unblock" to unblock the card.

2. Report lost or stolen credit card KTC PHONE 02 123 5000 press 1
After notifying KTC and KTC has suspended the card, cardmembers may apply for a replacement card immediately.

In case of notification of temporary suspension and it is not cancelled within 3 days, customer service officer will issue a new card.

Please contact officers via KTC PHONE 02 123 5000 or KTC TOUCH to calculate all remaining balance and/or close the account before making a payment.
