Conditions for purchasing 50% for Tops e-Voucher 500 bath via KTC Mobile

1. We reserve the right to give a Tops e-Voucher to KTC credit card members who have KTC FOREVER points (“points”) and spend with the card at Tops Food Hall and Tops during 16th Feb 25 - 31st Dec 25 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Cardmembers can redeem e- Voucher via the KTC Mobile app.
4. Tops e- Voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of successful redemption.
5. Tops e- Voucher under this program is used only for payment of goods per 1 sales slip only. Cannot separate sales slips and in the case of the difference in value after deduction of e- Voucher, Members must pay the difference with the same credit card that using points to redeem for e- Voucher only.
6. Cardmembers can use e- Voucher as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
7. KTC reserves the right for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for e- Voucher in accordance with specified conditions only.
8. Redemption for e-Voucher under this program cannot be used as a discount for the payment of Tops Online, CENTRAL Eatery products, various service charges or top-ups, all types of calling cards and prepaid cards, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, wholesale or total purchases. with the same barcode from 6 packs or more, food court and rental shop products or services sold under Central Food Retail Co., Ltd.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
