Promotion points redemption for Lazada e-Coupon via KTC Mobile with KTC MASTERCARD

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during September 1st, 2025 – August 31st , 2026 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. The cardmembers may redeem points at the following details for goods purchase at Lazada Mobile Application with specified conditions only via Lazada App.
   • Redeem 799 KTC FOREVER points to receive a 100 THB Lazada discount code for a minimum purchase of 300 THB per order.
   • Redeem 22,000 KTC FOREVER points to receive a 3,000 THB Lazada discount code for a minimum purchase of 5,000 THB per order.
4. Point redemption for discounts under this program applies to a single purchase transaction after deducting all types of discounts and shipping fees, and only when the full amount is paid. In the case where there is a remaining balance after applying the discount, the member must pay the remaining amount using the same credit card that was used for the point redemption.
5. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
6. Voucher code is not applicable for Tickets & Vouchers, baby milk powder/baby formulas 1,2, gold, Mobiles & Tablets, Products in Bundle&Save and CHOICE category, Mobile top-up, Bills payment.
7. The voucher under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with Lazada discount voucher or special campaign discount voucher and government regulated items for promotional campaign.
8. The voucher can be used with seller voucher, KTC voucher on Lazada, Shipping Discount Voucher, LazCoins and LazRewards
9. Discount codes can be used until its validity (Check in KTC Mobile App).
10. In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes.
11. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.
12. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changed, or refund in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
